Teacher Mini-Grants

We are pleased to announce the recipients for the Fall 2011 NapaLearns mini-grants of up to $5,000 each.

The projects accepted successfully were:

  • Development of Digital Portfolio and Social Media – Michael Alger; Vintage High School; Grades 9-10, 250 students affected
  • Co-Teaching Coaching – Chrissy Brady; Napa and Vintage High Schools; Grades 9-12, 700 students affected
  • Using Standards-Based Grading for English Language Learner Students in Physics – Sergio Villegas; Vintage High School; Grades 9-12, 326 students affected

These projects happened to all fall in the Curriculum Innovation area of funding. All winners and everyone who applied have been notified.
