As we pursue our goals, Napa Learns is committed to these guiding principles:

• All our meetings and actions will be transparent
• Student and teacher confidentiality will be maintained
• Operating overhead will be kept under 15% of funding
• Participation in our effort is open to anyone who lives or works full- or part-time in Napa County
