Tom Stubbs

For the past 11 years, Thomas Stubbs has been the Superintendent of Howell Mountain Elementary School District in Angwin, CA. Prior to this he was a high school Principal in the Mount Diablo School District, and a high school Vice Principal/Teacher in the Sonoma Valley School District. Stubbs received his BA in Business-Economics from UCLA, and a MA from Sonoma State University. He currently lives in Sonoma with his wife, Andrea, and their daughter, Samara. Stubbs is honored to be associated with the NapaLearns Organization, and firmly believes that it will be the catalyst for bringing about significant, positive, and meaningful change to how teachers teach and how students learn in Napa County.
