Esmeralda Mondragon

Dr. Esmeralda Mondragon began her public education career over 28 years ago.  She is a passionate educational leader with a solid background in building the systems that promote effective practices.  Dr. Mondragon has served as classroom teacher, High School assistant principal; Junior High School principal; Elementary School principal, and Business Office administrator.  She earned her doctorate in educational leadership from the University of La Verne, her Master’s Degree from San Jose State University, and her Bachelor’s Degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.  Dr. Mondragon values and believes in the importance of building professional relationships based on trust, which aims to provide youth with a quality educational experience that is student-centered and focused on high expectations.
